Acupressure Healing .....
Acupressure unblocks meridians using gentle yet firm pressure on specific points along the energy lines, called acupoints. In response to the pressure, the brain oozes endorphins, chemicals that mufflepain signals and invite pleasurable feelings. In the absence of pain, muscles relax and blood flows more freely.

5 Yoga Poses Pregnant Women Should Try To Strengthen The Body For Birth
So finally, you are expecting? Of course, you must be excited to witness a life nourishing and growing inside you. No words can really explain the feeling of that enthusiasm accompanied by the delightful kicks and shakes. But at the same time, you endure unbearable cramps and a fair amount of mood swings and hormonal changes. There is a glow on your face but it becomes really hard to find a relief to the bizarre body aches that are reasonably new to the body. This is where Yoga; a universal therapy; becomes a God-send solution during this tenure.
It is quintessential to keep your pregnant body purely fit and active for delivering a healthy baby in the most natural way. Here are 5 yoga postures that pregnant ladies should definitely not skip in those wondrous nine months:
1. Mountain Pose
6 Early Signs Your Liver Is Damaged
When a liver is working well, it cleans the blood, helps digest food and fights infection. It is also a bit of a bodily superhero — much like Wolverine and Deadpool, it has the power to regenerate when it has been damaged, replacing old tissue with new cells.
“Anything that keeps your liver from doing its job — or from growing back after injury — may put your life in danger,” the American Liver Foundation warns. That can be inflammation, scarring, cancer or even using too much Tylenol. Although the liver lies on the inside of the body, the body shows outward signs when something is wrong. for more click below link.https://www.msn.com/en-in/health/medical/6-early-signs-your-liver-is-damaged/ar-AAktQ58?li=AAggbRN
Turning yellow
Your skin and the whites of your eyes could turn yellow when the liver isn’t working properly, due to a buildup in the blood of a yellowish substance called bilirubin, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine. The U.K.’s National Health Service adds that the yellowing symptom, called jaundice, can occur when the liver’s damage prevents it from processing that bilirubin. Common causes of that kind of liver damage are hepatitis, cancer, drinking too much alcohol, abusing ecstasy, exposure to toxic substances and various infections.
Your bodily waste
Jaundice also changes the color of urine and stool, making the urine dark and the stool pale, the National Health Service explains.

Diabetes is a chronic hyperglycemia and disordered metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. This disease originates from disruptions in secretion of insulin and performance of insulin receptors or both of these conditions1. According to statistics presented by WHO in 2016, the number of people with diabetes has risen from 108 million in 1980 to 422 million in 20142. Diabetes mellitus has affected millions of people around the world where this figure is increasing with an alarming rate. Estimates reveal that the number of diabetic patients would reach over 366 million people in 2030 all over the world3.
Some research has shown that there is a relationship between the quantity and quality of sleep and diabetes. For example, some studies have reported that sleep disorders can lead to increased risk of diabetes4-8. Resnick et al.7in 692 diabetic patients showed that there is a significant difference between the diabetes and non-diabetes groups in terms of sleep stages and the sleep time. Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Vigg et al.8 demonstrated that diabetes Type 2 follows sleep reduction and control of blood sugar is associated with the sleep quality and quantity. Therefore, it seems that sleep and diabetes (one as a physiological behavior and the other as a metabolic disorder) have interactive effects on each other.
Exercise protocol
The both exercise protocol included 12 weeks, 3 sessions every week. The yoga exercise program included 10 min general warm-up (pawanmuktasana), 30 min asana (principal movements), 20 min surya namaskar, 15 min pranayama (breathing exercise), 10 min shavasana (relaxation), and 5 min Yoga nidra. Yoga program is shown in Table 1.
